  • If client has high expectations, then it will be hard to satisfy client and maybe the expectations of the client might unreasonable, unrealistic, and hard to achieve.

  • I think project manager should make it clear from the first time about the expectations. "Get it right first time" because it is also a matter of reliability, Loyalty, and trust. if the customer do not agree then you need as a project manager to check you capabilities to see if you could achieve these expectations or not. thanks Ammar

  • These can also be termed as "threats to project's success" which definitely cause project failure. I see them more of causes for failure than signs..but again causes and signs in this particular instance are amazingly interrelated.
