Hi cutkenokuse. I'm not sure about that but I do know there are stringent rules in Australia that don't allow any type of export of feathers outside the country (obviously to stop scumbags from plucking the feathers off these beautiful live birds (which they do)).My email address is michaelliu7@optusnet.com.au. please contact me and I'll put you onto the experts and you can talk directly to them.
