http://www.minneflyer.com - This is the JPower A-10 Warthog built and flown by PositivelyJoe. He's done some really nice mods to this plane including scale landing gear, light kit, paint, and custom nose cannon. The plane flies great, however there seems to be an unbalanced and/or out of phase stock fan unit. Joe is working on a repair for the fans, but in the meantime he's having a lot of fun flying it!
Did you order this from banana hobby or some other web site?

@cschwie Hey Chet, one motors hub was not drilled in the center from the factory = off balance, and both fans could probably use some balancing. might be esc's too, but instead I swapped the esc's out for two 40a Suppo esc's and a separate BEC, and swapped the fans. now using 2 Wattage powerfan 400/6 and a couple of $12 EDF outrunner motors from Hobby partz.com. now it has more power, sounds beautiful and all in sync.

Nice video. The audible pulsation varying with throttle are beats due to dual motor operation at different frequencies. You might try to programing the ESCs.

This is made of EPO foam =a heavy duty foam.
As for under powered??? In this video I'm mostly 1/2 throttle to do slow and low fly-bys that will show up well on video. too many film their planes a mile high and you can't see anything but a speck ;) also, I added a bunch of weight in scale details, lights, paint, also using 3s 4400mah instead of the stock 3s 3000mah lipo. it's very decent stock, for $30 it can be much faster. but an A-10 is not a F-16 either. Yep, fans need balancing.
Good Luck!

Is this plane all made of just plastic? It looks plastic and those EDF motors sound weird, they dont sound too smooth? Nice plane though..
