i am in love with this tv set...
i own it for a year and its amplight - picture - nettv fuctions are really cool.
i canot watch movies lower 720p and with out amplight...i am a amplight junkie...
you can find it on eshops for 800 -900 euros now.
i surely recomended.
i have conected with hdmi with a sony home cinema ddgw800 amp (with 5.1 speakers) and on it i have plug a wdlivetv player (hdmi) and a ps3 (hdmi)
and they all work like charm
the only bad is the 4 remote controlers

Hey.. nice video. You have a 8000 series right? Do you (or anyone) have a surround receiver connected to your system? I'm interested in knowing whether the tv outputs surround sound (DTS, Dolby) or only digital stereo trough the Coax Digital Audio out? Until recently I only thought it was digital stereo.. but I heard that some models would switch from "Digital stereo" to "DTS" or "Dolby Surround" when the tv received surround trough HDMI. Can anyone confirm this?

What settings do you use for games? I tried the game preset settings, but got a lot of screen tearing for many games, especially fifa 10.

not necessary u can also play the ps3 with just the normal cables that come with your ps3, the HDMI cable if for better picture and quality i guess ^^, peace.

there going quite cheap now too. loads of clearances on em. i got mine of ebay. new ambi light spectra with white frame. cant complain at 550 ^^
