In the future you can challenge status of the magistrate or adjudicator if you are nationalized (african american) or naturalized (caucasian) before you get to the jurisdiction or them having the delegation of authority order from an article 3 Judge according to the constitution. @redressright I heard you mentioned you filed motions in court. You may want to file affidavits of fact instead so that they cannot dismiss them at whim. Check out a site called rvbeypublicationsdotcom and press on the Writs of Freedom link to the left and find the one best suited for your but it may help if you are either naturalized or nationalized so that you will be in propria persona to enforce the constitution outside a legal fiction of straw. The Writ of Mandamus may help u.

Holy crap! This is by far the best video out there as far as giving the information and breaking it down verbatim. I appreciate your focus and you sharing. 1 question though... how would you handle the money order if it was a payment coupon, and do you have videos on just the process of acceptance? There is a lot of misinformation on how its done. Im at the point where im using stamps but no outcome yet. Would like to learn your process.
