My challenge to today's Christian: Get your brain of faith out of your butt.

The challenge for today's Christian is the Internet, that has every kind of experience from the safety of the home, giving a false sense of security; when in fact, we see a generation of people trained to accept things that are dangerous, wrong, and removes value & dignity of the future (even an hypocrite argument of the no-sin atheist on inescapable society)--their very future taken away, as they embrace sin until it is too late creating a cycle of trouble for their children of misfortune.

Rowan Williams is so obscure...half the time I can't make sense of what he's saying!

Spurgeon, Whitfield, Wesley and the like would make mincemeat of him. One day he will have to give an account before God of how he led his 'flock'.
Personally I wouldn't want to be in his shoes.

No mention of sin, no mention of Jesus. Does this man know the gospel?

great insights for us today! perhaps it is better said 'great wisdom.'
Was the question: How can you challenge the world's Christians today with regard to sin? I think the challenge presented, to live out a life of "thankfulness in all situations," calling us to live a life which shines forth the Grace of God in our lives and the redemptive power of Christ in our experiences with one another.
The poor guy was probably under time constraint, too.

you can tell by some peoples comments they aren't 'thankful' for the insight......
Thankfulness is one of the core elements of christian faith.....
