@goldenchopsticks He's tapping octaves on the fretboard with his right hand so he can reach for the slide with his left; the double stop lick is already played with behind the slide fretting. Can't get enough of this video!

@raresneagoe I "think" this is a bonus track from the Derek Trucks Band album called "Songlines", from 2006. The Derek Trucks Band performed this song on NPR-- (in the USA it's "National Public Radio") -- I was trying to get a Canadian friend of mine to go see Derek in concert. He heard this, passed on it, and then when he heard the exceptionally clear version on NPR, he was cursing himself for missing the opportunity to see him play in Quebec, I think it was. He's the greatest slide player!
