Building a Hydroplane in 3 months

A 38 years old film about building a Hydroplane in 3 months only. Wood and playwood, inside and outside covered with one layer of glass fibre and epoxy resin. Length 14 ft. (4 meter), width 7 ft. (2 meter), engine Evinrude 30 hp, top speed 35 mph (60 km/h), weight approx. 150 kg. Build at Obhor Beach near Jeddah in Saudi-Arabia on the Red Sea.
Build beside the work in Jeddah.

@mrhonkeytonker , hi, as mentioned in the comments already, my friend Klaus has sold the boat 1970 to somebody and it was seen from former collegues for quit a time, but the condition was wors and wors and it is since a long time ago 'dead' already, Hartmut
