Morrison jumped into the stage setting, it didn't fall on him. I was in the audience and saw it happen. All about theatrics.

This is right after their debut album was really hot. Pretty much the middle of the psychedelic area, right at the beginning of 68. Great performance.. shows like this "WERE" the MTV of the time. Up until the late 80's thats how a lot of people got their break plus radio airtime. Just imagine. 1/3 of the country saw this.. that's power.
