Hello Sir, its me again Serbsmight. Just wanted to let you know I was visiting a friend that have came home from Iraq (on leave). He showed me a vedio of his unit practicing Kajukenbo. There I saw them purforming Limbo. He said it came from his Master sargeant who learn it when he was in Delta Force. I ask how Delta obtain that. My friend said the Master Sargeant learn it from Randy Shugart who learn it from Sargeant Lee when they was in Korea's DMZ back in 1984. Said only he obtained it.

Cant believed my sifu reconise me just by reading the comment. Got a slap upside my head with a good (A) chewing. I apologize for my rude comment about your daughter. She is doing fine. In a few years she would perform that form much smoother and quicker with power at the proper places. It took me nearly five years to master that with help from GM Wong Jackman. Aloha !

Limpo is a Shaolin form brought into Kajukenbo by GM Al Dacascos who developed the Chuan Fa section along w/ GM Al Delacruz.
Said the other Delta Boys laughed at it. On the vedio is the break down of the form. A lot of Neck chopand neck twisting breaks. I never thought Limbo can be so deadly. I ask who is Randy Shugart and especialy where did that Lee fellow learned it. I am told Shugart is Sniper that was killed in Somalia (Black Hawk Down) Awarded the Medal of Honor and Sargeant Lee is student of Bill Owens. I bugged my friend for a copy and he refused.

@serbsmight Interesting. I love how far the art has traveled. It's different depending on where it is and what tree it came down from, but it is a living art, always improvising, adapting and staying practical :)

I asked my daughter for any more info on it and she said it's a modified version from Sensei Lee Byrd.

Nicely done. It's fascinating to me how different the form is from the way Sifu Al Dacascos taught it to us. It's recognizable, but only about 60% the same.
