@faeyero if they marketed the show for what it was it would have done better. But they told everyone to expect one thing and it was very different from what they said (The lack of quality Irish Dancers was a big one here )

I am so amazed! I listen to this song all the time on the OBC CD. The acting is so phenomenal and adds so much to a song that is so gorgeous and passionate in its own right! I really wish this was still on Broadway so that I could see it.

I totally fell in love with this song when I heard it on the original cast recording. I totally love how they staged it as well, they give the characters so much strength and perseverance. I couldn't imagine the real Grania O'Malley being anything less than a strong self-assured woman and they convey that very well.
