Nystrom doesn't take his lid off cause he doesn't wear a visor.
Simmonds has to remove his visor when fighting for 2 reasons
#1. If he instigates the fight he will receive an extra penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct
#2. If he doesn't remove his visor he will be considered a bitch by all.
