  • what happened to 7?

  • The MNGRR has undergone major changes regarding changes in leadership and restructuring. Furthermore, the museum suffered a fire that destroyed a number of tools and damaged #7. We need your support to keep steam alive! There are very few active steamers left in New England in 2010 (6 that I can think of). Visit mngrr.org and buy a membership and/or donate to the #7 fund today!

  • why dont they open the bridge?

  • They should have a local metal shop copy a Kadee coupler centering spring (at 87:1) for that skinny diesel!

  • What a cool way to have a birthday party.

  • hah man yes i have been here when i was younger like 344702450 times. i had bday partys here

  • Possibly. Yah know, I saw them use radios when the engine was getting ready to hook onto the cars after running around. How great is that. Why use the radios that close, when you could use hand signals or just talk without the radio.

  • Hey joe is it just me or is portland taking a liking to our style of communicating between brakeman and engineers? lol
