  • I have a synthesizers.com studio 22. Will it work fine with the Q-960/Q-962/Q-963 or is the Q960 Sequential Controller demanding a bigger system?

If you click my name you will see my modular dot.com demo and information about my system.

  • The best place to discuss this is on the synthesizers.com user's group on Yahoo... but- it'll work... but won't you have to get another cabinet?

  • Geez... I WANT THE SCHEMATIC FOR THAT....

    DROOL...

how the hell does that make teh music?????

  • It doesn't... I do. It's just a tool. ; )

  • I love all your videos and I play them regularly. I'm still looking forward to being able to get hold of a CD/download of your work. Any news on that?

  • Thanx for the comment. I've got the music tracks done for the CD... just getting the artwork ready, now. (Jeez... sobriety is NOT what's it's craked up to be!).

  • wow the 50 sythns looked really old

  • @74tc That's exactly what I was thinking. A real Tangerine Dream...and I want one so bad!

  • awesome sequence...... not likely to be able to do this on a Doepfer MAQ16/3.... or can we.

  • awesome sequence......

  • WHY THE HELL would anyone give this a 'dislike'? That's almost as mind-boggling as what you are doing in this video.

  • Thanks so much for posting that !!!! This music is similar to Ricochet Part 2 - Tangerine Dream Live 1976.... Big thanks morbius001 for that !!!!

  • @morbius001 Hi there, i've been interested in modular synths like this for a while, and i'm interested in finding out more about their capabilities. Would someone, after tinkering a bit, be able to sequence something a bit more complex, like a daft punk bass line with something like this, or is it just capable of blips and beeps? Thanks for the help!

  • sounds like some of the first kraftwerk(the sound)

  • @morbius001: Maybe you're only the synth's tool, considering this modular beast. You feel like the synth is your tool but that's nothing more than a perfidious illusion induced by the synth. :D

  • I used to do something similar with a Zyklus MPS patched into 2 Ataris running Midi Grid. The feedbacks were chaotic and unpredictable, like some one invisible was remixing the stuff I'd written.I could play with it for hours

This is very cool. This set up looks like it's a lot of fun an inspiring to boot.

    Great post. Thnx.
