so this i what the 48 buick looks look my father said had one for his fiirst car is was a rag top with a Straight 8 in it he worked at a mobil gas statsion in north jersey and the owner there was asking $80 or $100 he let him have it for $50 after a few weeks he whent and got what they called back then state plates and drove it home he said my grandfather was pissed that he when and got a car without checking with him first and told him he could keep it there so he had to park it up the street

I just bought a '48 for 2k in Huron SD. Body is solid. engine is there. Trim is all there but 1 piece. Dash looks pretty darn awesome. Not my first project, but first car I can call my own:) Im 26, a mom, a college student, and this video just excites me more for the long long project ahead. The car in this video looks amazing.
