I love Corned Beef!!!
I started cooking this when I was 8 yrs old...
During the 80's, people say that if you can afford
to buy corned beef and if you have a German Shepherd as your
house dog, then you must be RICH!!! hahahaha

I like it a little toasted with lots of garlic and caramelized onions!

For this recipe, you may also add potato cubes but be sure to cook them first before adding the corned beef ok?

Whenever we're not in a hurry, we Filipinos usually eat Sinangag (garlic fried rice), Fried Egg and our choice of any savory salted meat ( tapa, longanisa, corned beef, salted fish) for breakfast.

Start your day with this hearty Filipino meal! Enjoy!!

  • Haynaku, hilaw ang sinangag mo, at nasunog yung puti ng itlog. Ang tunay na sinagnag hindi hinahaluan ng itlog.

  • no tomatoes?!!

  • feels like saturday and sunday morning! love the heart shaped egg.

  • i had to watch this while i was stoned. wow!! i am hungryyy!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sarap naman neto.

  • I do it almost exactly except I like to add a chopped tomato and let it cook until the corned beef is crispy toasted. YUM!

  • not so appetising, egg were slightly burnt, rice were a bit sticky, your fires a bit high, yet a very simple cooking..thank you anyway..cheers..
