Free eBook:
http://www.91daychallenge.com/blog/free-newsletter/

If you are interested in building 15 - 20 pounds of muscle in 91 days, be sure to download your free eBook using the link above. This eBook will share with you the same strategies I used to go from 135 to 174 pounds in 3 years. And that's when I didn't know what I was doing. With my new strategy, you can build 15 to 20 pounds of muscle in only 91 days.

Get P90X:
http://www.91daychallenge.com/blog/recommends/p90x

I don't recommend P90X for the commission. I recommend P90X because it works. If you're a noob who is looking to build muscle, it doesn't get any easier than doing what the guys on the TV tell you to do. P90X eliminates guesswork, and allows you to focus on the things that will give you real results.

Get Shakeology:

Look it up. Keeping your body in an Alkaline state is extremely important if you're going to build muscle, and burn fat. Shakeology is an easy way to get in all of your vegetables in one little shake.

Make Money: http://www.91daychallenge.com/blog/recommends/beachbodycoach/

If you're interested in getting into the best shape of your life, while also helping others do the same, then you should consider starting a Beachbody business. I'm not saying this doesn't take work, because it does. But it's work that you're already doing. Just workout, diet correctly, and refer people to Beachbody to make a 25% commission on most products. Best of all, you get a 25% discount on most products as well.

About Video:

Today is the day before I begin my P90X journey. Ultimately, this video talks about how I feel, and shares with you my meal plan, adjusted P90X workout plan, and my goals for the first 30 days of the program.

  • @hrtmarko Why did you remove a few of your comments? -_-

  • So that's all I am trying to say. Hrtmarko, I don't have a problem with you, man. And I know that some of what you're saying is true. I am not denying that. I have done the research as well. All I am asking for is the chance to show you that there are other methods that work. Feel free to checkout the videos I linked to, and feel free to stay tuned. But as for now, this is going to be the workout program I choose to do. It may not be for you, but it's always given me the best results. :)

  • By the way, guys. Some of what hrtmarko is saying is true. I'm not denying that. But when people think that it's their way or the highway, they need to realize that there are MULTIPLE ways to build muscle. If everyone was close minded about everything, we wouldn't have any of the inventions and new findings that we do today.

I guess we could call ourselves modern day explorers. We're seeing if it's possible to build muscle using non-traditional methods. Nick Husin was the 1st to do this w/ p90x

  • Remind me to never post through my phone again. I'll fix this mess tom.

  • @hrtmarko Lol what happened?

  • @hrtmarko When you go from eating 4,000 calories a day, being able to curl 50 pounds, and then eating only 1,000 calories a day, and not working out for 2 months, it's really easy to lose a LOT of muscle fast. Trust me... I know from experience, dude.

  • Taylor Lautner was on steroids, guys... Haha, What a joke.

  • @dasyck1 Hey man. Yeah. It's difficult to stick with sometimes. Things in life happen. But I always made my work schedule way more difficult than it had to be. Between writing 3000 words of content a day amongst doing other things, I never have fully been able to commit to the program. This time, I will just be keeping it simple. Sleep, workout, eat, and repeat.

  • @hrtmarko This comment completely trashed any credibility that you may have had. Continue to troll my videos. We'll see what happens when the 91 days is up.

  • @hrtmarko The reason I have failed is not because I have unrealistic goals... The reason I have failed is because I don't stick with it. As said in the video. Lol. :) Trust me, man.
