By the evidence in this video i've come to the conclusion that this was a rare creature native to north america, particularly found in the U.S.A.it's a scourge of humanity known as a crackhead. now this is is the extremely rare (but common) sighting of a crackhead that a quote on quote "got a hold of the wrong stuff." this particular crackhead is named Julieta Fierro. This case is similar to the leprechaun sightings in Mobile, Alabama, either that or it's what DeathKitty123456 described.
