My favorite movie of all time. I do have to agree, however with the douchebag below that the Rohirrim could NOT have had the sun at their backs. That is a major fuck up I'd never noticed before. Otherwise, a phenomenal scene. I LOVE Miranda Otto all the way through this film.

so idiotic, this film- nothing in this, words or actions, is as it occurs in the book. The great scene and dialogue of Tolkien- tossed out to make way for the new Peter Jackson script- even better- is it?
what's with Theoden smacking everyone's spear as he rides by- is that somehow tough?
