Lincoln's Melancholy that took place on October 16 in Crown Center Auditorium at Loyola University Chicago. Joshua Shenk, who wrote a book called "Lincoln's Melancholy", speaks to students about his book and the experience writing it. The highlights are about Lincoln's states of depression, how serious they were, how he had to be put in isolation, etc. But also how he overcame much of that, how Lincoln desperately wanted to accomplish something.
