  • that is a horrible way to lose weight, never never restrict your calories down past 2,000. 2,000 is what your body needs to function properly. She is depleting herself of the nutrients she needs. What a horrible thing to do to your body. horrible. Eat a well balanced diet, with moderate exercise that is all you need

  • wow! how long did it take you to lose 10lbs & what do you do if your family is eating food loaded with carbs at dinner time, what do say to them when they ask you to come & eat with them?

  • Wow that's awesome!!! But do cut back on the diet soda, but you're doing good if you eat these foods daily

  • I find that when I drink 2 cups of water it fills me up at each meal ..

    I also eat low calories and low carb so my craving for food is very low
