MOUSE FIX:
Open up your {user docs}\My Games\Fallout3\fallout.ini
Find the [controls] section and then...
Edit or Add the following values
fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0.0000
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0.0000
fForegroundMouseBase=0.0000
fForegroundMouseMult=4.0000

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!!!! Um but one thing, I can live with it for now but plz help. The mouse thing is still fucked up. I had to install my fallout 3 to my games folder because of some technical shit. I cant find that FALLOUT.ini thing. I found somthing that looked like it. "Fallout_default" When I opened it, it looked like what you had in the video. So I added the stuff in controls just liek you said, copied and pasted and then saved, but it didn't work!!!!! Help Plz!!!!

@jesusrighthandman download the xlive.dll file from dll-files(dot)com and put it in your fallout 3 folder and it should work
