To celebrate the 100th video, we are going to make a sweet tajine, that are traditionally cooked for special occasions: Tajine of Cornish Hens with Caramelized Prunes. This tajine is made with either lamb or poultry, where the meat is cooked with onions and spices, and the Prunes (dried plums) are caramelized with honey. A dish that you and your guests will not forget!

good cooking . I just hope that Moroccans and Muslims living in abroad in non Muslim countries to use Halal Meat only. as it's been proven scientifically to be much healthier.
