You're lucky you actually received your rings! They immediately billed my Visa, but never bothered to send me anything for it, and completely ignored my inquiry into the matter. They couldn't even be bothered to respond to complaints filed at Ripoff Report and the Better Business Bureau!

Just buy the rings from amazon.co.uk. I also live in London and got mine there. Also make sure you get chalk....you'll thanks me later. But, more importantly, do not buy the rings from ring training.com. They sell them now for like 95 bucks...what a rip off. You can get them for half the price at other websites. But do get a pair and they're absolutely amazing for developing upper body strength. The best tool, for sure.

I'm from London, England and want a pair of these, but most sites only sell it in America; does anyone know where I can get a pair of these, at a reasonable price?

I just bought the new rings and the directions are terrible. I need a closeup of the entire step of putting the webbing through the cam. Can you please help? Thankyou in advance!
Hi Jim, I've recently read few reviews on these rings and i've heard that becasue they're made of two halves they are not very strong. Can you give me your experience with this and are the straps and buckles completely secure? thanks.

@TraceurMaaz I've never had a problem with them. I'll say that they are not professional gymnastic rings - i.e., you can't do big swings on them. They were never designed for things like that.

I've never done rings but want to buy them and start.
I've noticed guys wearing wrist straps with something in their palms for ring work....like a curved hard thing?
Are these necessary, or can you do rings with just your bare hands?
How about workout gloves?
Thanks

@jarden69 Those devices you're talking about are called "grips". They are used to hold onto the rings better when doing dynamic skills (giants, etc). The rings sold in the video are NOT to be used for those high level, dynamic skills, so you will not need a pair of grips.
I would advise against workout gloves, as they make it harder to hold onto the rings and get a good false grip. Build those callouses up!

@BeastSkills Question: Do you know of any setup that Would be useful for the dynamic and high level skills?
Great review!

@redeemer1kamili These rings are not meant for dynamic skills. (swings, giants, etc)
