Has McCain ever had to meet a payroll? Get back to me on that. The speaker comes off as a little unhinged in that video. He's pretty well off and I don't think has to worry about meeting payroll either..

1 cont: Progressive taxes have been the standard in this country until Reagan. They work because as income rises, marginal propensity to consume drops. That basically means if you make more money you save more. So, by giving 95% pop. tax cuts you increase demand and spending = more money into the econ. Companies make alot more than they would off a tax cut.
2. Obama plans to increase taxes on coorporations that outsource jobs oversees and cut taxes for those who keep the jobs here in America.
