  • Thank you so much for putting this up. Unfortunately, I am not a British subject but I am a citizen of the British Commonwealth (Canadian) and this film makes me so proud of every Briton who fought at home and abroad to keep the world and England safe. Well done.

  • Indeed the british war efforts during their darkest hour is still inspirational for me when I face my personal problems. Churchill indeed was a genius, who came in the right time to stop the descent of the world into darkness and tyranny. Britain can be proud of its history in the 20th century.

  • In 1945, our civilization began. In 1969, we came in peace for all mankind. The history of the 20th Century is really interesting. I'm really sad that we can't be proud of the 21th Century.

The most impressed scenes that were very emotional to me is 1:04 where Great Britain is rebuilding their greatest empire. Today, it's gone..

  • Beginning of the End? What end??

  • I wouldnt want to live in England today.

  • I wholeheartingly agree with pdecrinis. As an American I still gain great inspiration from these stories of WWII. Now as I face some of my problems alone, I can only hope to inspire others too to stand strong even in the bleakest of hours. Churchill stood Britain's defiant in the face of the German tyranny even when adjacent countries fell into the hands of the enemies.

  • how young them soldiers are at 1:58 and to think its them young soldiers who fought inside the tanks

  • @taniaarthur i've been to london before... parts of it feels like you're in a third world country like bangladesh or pakistan. sad, i would love to visit the britain of old.

  • @jpommers87 poor thing, you've been brainwashed big time, with liquid toxic hate.

  • @jpommers87 apparently 40 % of brits would immigrate if they could.that says allot i dont think that allot of us brits still think that the uk is that good too live in any more real shame. a once noble people turned into something else which i think is a much lesser standard

  • @tabarcalisse your from california how can you talk about the uk when ur not from here
