Steve Martin shows Mark Spencer how to create a multi-cam edit in Final Cut Pro X. While officially FCPX doesn't have multi-cam editing, Steve shows off a way to use Synchronized Clips and the Final Cut Pro tools to construct a multi-cam edit complete with independent audio tracks.

  • nice tutorial, thanks. I found if you detach the audio from the camera clips and disable them before the cutting you don't run into the bug where you have to re-disable them after cutting.
