Please don't go to BubbaGumps there are MANY different real Chicago places to eat that are walking distance from the Pier even closer to most of the Hotels. The food on the pier is your average tourist trap(crap)if you come here eat here. Talk to people on the street talk to people in the hotel. Unlike 90% of th cities in the world Chicago has SO MANY great local and ethnic restrants all within in walking distance or a 10min bus or cab ride. Don't be fooled, and experience the real Chicago.

Bubba Gumps was fun, but believe me, I know it doesn't stand up to some of Chicago's other amazing restaurants. Chicago restaurants offer some of the best service anywhere in the US. It even overwhelms you a little at first when your used to shoddy service that you can get even in major markets. We ate at a different place every night all 5 days. At the upscale restaurants, you'd stand out like a soar thumb pulling out a camera.

there's a bubba gumps in chicago?!?!?! dang it. i try to go to one where ever there is one. somehow i missed that. i've done frisco and ny. well i guess that could be a reason to go back to chicago. i love it there.i guess the irony would be that u ate dinner at the one in ny before i saw "Chicago"

I haven't been to the Bubba Gumps in New York, but we did eat at one in Orlando a couple months back. I just looked up locations & just found out they have one near me in Denver. Go figure

Chicago is so much better than L.A or New York! It's a quieter, cleaner, friendlier New York.

A really nice video, thank you=) I'm happy you like Chicago too, i don't live there and I've only visited once but the time i spent there was wonderful, i think chicago is a magical place I really really loved it when I visited in October three years ago, it is such a fun and colourful city and the autumn Sun was shining nicely in chicago every day when i visited, it was a really great trip and the best week of my 19

years of life so far =) i'm from north europe so far from chi :(

Hey people. I have pretty bad asthma. When I was in London, I couldn't breathe that day, and a couple of days after that because of the pollution. Do you think Chicago, or NY, or any of the big famous US cities is worse or better than London with pollution? Please anser back cos Im really thinking of visiting the US this summer :)

Also, Chicago is ranked 8th among global cities so it might as well be considered the 8th MOST IMPORTANT city in the world. Although it's number 1 in my opinion...

Well according to wikipedia, Chicago IS an Alpha (Global) City - 3rd class, NY and London are the only two 1st class cities it lists - so Chicago might as well be up there with the greatest cities in the world....
