This is my friend Phil Cho & I training deltoids. We try to go as heavy as possible without risking injury. I edited the video to show 1 set of each exercise to keep the video as short as possible.
Try some of these exercises out and see how you like them.
We're just a group of fitness junkies trying to motivate and help each other out!
Hey man, do you have anything for compound arm exercises? I want more size and I hear that it's the way to go. My isos have given me strength but no bulk.
