Developing Tennis Groundstroke Technique

This last video in the Origin of tennis technique video shows how you need to combine the two main keys to hitting a good forehand or backhand - hitting forward through the ball and spin.

@supertrex2 Basically the difference is in the grip, the closer to the continental grip you are the less wrist rotation you have.
