Demonstrating my take on Pandoran (Na'vi) archery. Due to the fact I'm human there are a few subtle differences in technique. I'm anchoring at my chin and using three fingers not two. I find it to be very natural and am decently accurate at it. This should not be confused with serious archery. Bow is a left handed 32lb Great Tree Firefox.
Awesome example that it CAN be done! I do Kyudo, and we draw somewhat similarily, but the thumb twists onto the string with a little more of a palm-down twist. Aw heck, now I wanna try Na'vi style! Sharing this on facebook, if you don't mind...I've got some friends who are Avatar fans. :)

@rustydj I find that it feels really natural, at least at this lower poundage. I shoot Terran style on my right and the hardest thing is just getting used to the way it changes your prep and draw. But once I got that down it's how I shoot anymore.
