Several hundred PSU students joined Occupy Portland protesters in a march from the PSU campus through downtown and back, stopping at several banks along the way. At SW 5th and Madison, the protesters got into a scuffle with police. One man was arrested.

  • thanks for uploading this. However can you please change the description from several hundred to several thousand? There was an estimated two thousand people. i'm not sure why the media always tries to diminish the turnout numbers?

  • @Joelbrown831 Thanks for the suggestion, I'll double-check with the reporters who were on the scene tomorrow (I was back in the office editing video). It was just a rough estimate based on the info I had at hand when I wrote the description; no attempt to mislead.

  • @DamiensCain How and why are these protesters being idiots?

  • @phoenixsingerpdx Nope. My message is concise and sensible: Stop being idiots.

  • We will not accept .. i was just follow orders

  • @DamiensCain Just like you?

  • @raultalbot7 You obviously weren't there when a cop pushed a few protesters back with his bike or when the police in riot gear prevented us from walking across the street and pushed us further back. That being said, the Portland Cops were otherwise very nice and friendly.

  • @Joelbrown831 Great Point. Valid.
