I just noticed Brian started the next part of the verse.

@brybega I think that if you were really a Weezer fan you would know about Songs From The Black Hole and Blast Off!.

but apparently they are going to be FINALLY releasing all of songs from the black hole project in rivers' new solo album: alone 3: the pinkerton years!!
ohmygosh!

With Pinkerton's Deluxe Edition coming out October 5th, who knows what will be on it...

@hamster12a Rivers invited a fan to come up on stage and play with them, and the fan took the opportunity to try and start "Blast Off!" which is a track from their unreleased album Songs From the Black Hole. It was going to be their second album but only some songs made it onto Pinkerton. You can still find SFTBH on torrent sites and it's praised by big Weezer fans. We're all hoping they officially release it in the future.

I don't really get what happened so can sum1 plz explain 2 me wot happened??
Rivers didn't stop him, he rushed to the mic just in time to start the sweater song like that at every show, check out the other shows from the FOOZER tour. plus I guess you didn't notice but the kid sung the whole first half of the verse while brian and scott were doing the intro and they didn't stop him them. on wikipedia it says rivers and brian were laughing about about it because they realized what the kid was singing.

Tbh I'm rather annoyed about this video as a massive Weezer fan. I wish Rivers had taken it on the chin, let him sing a verse solo, then go back into Undone. Instead he legs it over to the mic like a madman to "save" his show. Blast Off and all other tracks from SFTBH are like the holy grail of Weezer fans, I say well done to this guy who tried to get the band to play along, and I'm sorry it didn't work out for him.
