What about Coleman's liquid fuel Lanterns and stoves? Liquid fuels even during economic fallout and other situations would be much easier to come by than pressurized propane. Furthermore, these can easily be made to run on biodiesel. Great video.

@ctuan13 I love Coleman fuel/white gas. I would recommend getting a multiple fuel stove so you can use propane, white gas or gasoline.

Cool, I just bought that same solar oven. Haven't tried it yet, planning to do it Saturday. What is your favorite thing that your wife cooks in the solar oven and how did it turn out?

@lauriegirl2 I am the one who uses it the most. Everything I have cooked has turned out great. She usually slow cooks wheat berries in it for my breakfast like a crock pot.
