Protecting America's Secret Shame - Factory Farm Industry

AC360: Instead of focusing on health & safety or improving the living conditions and treatment of the millions of farm animals used for food in the U.S., Big Ag's focus is to try to criminalize the whistleblowers who risk their lives documenting horrific conditions in hope to bring public awareness to a despicable industry standard and while trying to bring about transparency and reform within the factory farm industry. Big Ag's attempts, in four states (Florida, Minnesota, Iowa and most recently New York) are so far-reaching as to beg obvious 1st amendment questions to say the least. And these corporations are in charge of 97% of all the meat American's consume. By local from farmer's markets, small farms, co-ops or grocers like Whole Foods who carry only humanely raised meat.
