You can use any color with this technique!!! I dosn't have to be club!

Great tut!! I'ma have to try this. How do you use your pigments? Do you have to mix it with water or not? I saw someone use water with it once, but is it necessary?

You don't have to but wetting your brush or using some sort of mixing medium will help it show up better. I almost always use a base or mixing medium when I work with pigments.

You can use mac lip glass revealing with either chestnut pencil or bbq pencils by mac.If you don't like gloss you can do velvet teddy lipstick with the same pencils.You can even do fresh brew lipstick with instant gold and the same pencils.
