@rainerfilm Its not stupidity. A lot of American kids just get brainwashed from an early age that this stuff is real so when they are adults they can't shake it off. Many of the people that believe these things were sent to schools in districts that didn't obey the law and taught religion in the school system. Many others were home schooled by religious fundamentalist parents.
