Basicly it is a good way to prepare a chocolate mousse. Nevertheless the most important remains to be seen. The English cream. There are much more simple recipes of Chocolate mousse.

Yes, im agree, because the english cream is not necessary. ITS a good way. but a little difficult for the english cream.
