GILBERT 1960s SPY DOLLS JAMES BOND AND THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E.

Hi! Another short film showing a few bits of my toy collection. This time 1960s Spy Guys! From AC Gilbert the popular line of figures which included Sean Connery as James Bond and Robert Vaughn and David McCallum as THE MA(E)N FROM U.N.C.L.E.. I would have loved these as a kid but although I understand they were available in England never saw them myself in the 1960s as otherwise I would have nagged at my parents for one for a Birthday or Christmas. Again a typically dodgy commentary from me and shakey camera work too but I hope those of you who don't own these figures or had them as children enjoy seeing this. My collection is tiny in comparison to some especially in the Gilbert doll area so maybe someone with bigger and better could post a few things. I for one would be thrilled to see them Thanks for watching!

The Gilbert figures were poorly made blow mold bodies and very poor movable joints. I did have the James Bond Dr. No figure but there were so much better 60s figures including GI Joe, Captain Action, Johnny West and Major Matt Mason. Very disappointing figures.

had these in 60.s man from uncle, accessories were great seem to remember it was scuba outfit was it sold in the uk mine came from states all the way to liverpool

Great vid, these were my childhood heroes. I remember always wanting a James Bond (Sean Connery) figure as a kid and would search every toy store I went in but never found one.
