Here is a comparision between the Spanish spoken in Mexico and the European Spanish spoken in Spain. I think threre is sa pretty big difference between the accents and way of speaking - at least I hear the difference between MEX Spanish and Eu Spanish. I like both voices but mabey the European spanish actor is more faithful to the original but I really like how much energy the Mexican actor has. Both of them sings good. I like the way the Mexican actor sings higher at around 00:33, he is the only genie in all the versions to do so and he makes it sound really good =D

  • @RandomCommenter707 thats probably why. in the united states most people dont speak spanish, they speak spanglish. I was born in mexico but grew up here in the usa and i am in a similar situation, but i try to use and read spanish as much as i can. As for the accent marks, they go on the vowel and indicate a higher picth accent

  • Mexican Spanish sounds more like Italian, Castilian Spanish sounds more like Greek :-D

  • @jerryshizzle123 I'm a native speaker, but I was born and live in the U.S., so I've never learned how to use proper Spanish grammar or use the accent marks.

  • @RandomCommenter707 youre not a native speaker, are you...

  • @SpaWnoFKollias They also don't understand that Spanish people ARE white.......white Europeans.

  • Well for me to say that MX and SP are the same it's not an insult, but we really have a big Cultural Difference but I think that just people just see ;) Everyone see which want to see. and the spanish (with its differents versions) is beautiful.

  • @khyea91 Haha then why does your channel say you're from the united states? are you a fat two faced cow?

  • Me gusta los dos.

No me importa de adonde viene el espanol, es un idioma muy bonito. :)

  • @SpaWnoFKollias EXACTLY!

I have a white complexion too and straberry-blond hair with green eyes and they always laugh at me when I say I'm Spanish and then I have to explain I'm "EUROPEAN!" ... *sigh*

  • @NeverEndingPromises i totally agree.I don't speak Spanish but my grandmothers family moved to america from Spain. So im a second generation american im super white and most of my family has blue or green eyes. Its so hard for me to explain myself to Mexican kids the difference and everyone treats me like im not Hispanic because of my light complexion,BUT SPANIARDS ARE THE FIRST HISPANICS!!!! my grandma has always told me that there's a difference in Spanish and that her Spanish is true Spanish.
