There is a solution but united state is going in the wrong direction. first they should bring the warlords under the government who should pay their taxes. That would bring the government budget two a few billion dollers but will grow in time then after that create a large army of the afghan and implement a brilliant system which itself will help. But there is not end to this confusion caused by America

There is a saying in Afghanistan that God created the earth and later on he was left with crap and garbage so he threw it in one place and created Afghanistan, they invited always miseries on themsleves by playing games greater than they are able to do, there psyche is based on murder, kill steal and than run to hide in a hole so no one could find them...long live USA
