  • Nice video and the exercise is good. Exercise alone won't help you loose fats an efficient diet will do. I do know a link that gives FREE workout plans that you could follow to improve lean muscular look that would definitely increase your appearance.Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted it on my profile.
