Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got 'til it's gone.
If you have enjoyed ANY pop artists in the last 40 yrs. it is because of their being influenced by Michael Jackson. This is FACT, not fiction or hyperbole.
No matter what you thought of him personally, His death certainly marks the end of an era- and leaves a gaping and unfillable hole in the world of pop music, things will never be the same. so, this is my little tribute to SINGLE greatest performer in the history of music.
Michael Jackson is sewn into the fabric of my childhood and I will never forget him for that. I thank him for every grey sky that he endured so that ours could be blue. He did it all for the fans and gave all he had to make others happy... a sweet and gentle soul like his is often misunderstood in a jaded world. Sweet Dreams Michael, I hope you finally made it to never never land...
