  • what kind of exhaust is that i got a 01 325i lookin for some nice soundin exhaust

  • It was a MK-Motorsport exhaust---> made by Remus ;-).

  • hey mate, nice beamer urself! sounds sweet with the Mk exhaust, y don't u put it back? thanks for ur comment

  • i sold it...didn't like the sound. I prefer the sharper,louder,deeper sound from my stock exhaust. Deep and loud @ low rpm and verry loud and screaming @ high rpm :-). The MK was fun @ full load,and that was it :-(

  • suite

  • thanks,but I changed it back 2 the standard exhaust wich sounds much nicer :-) it needed some welding,but it's fine for a few years at least :-p

  • Performance E36ers can start with a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. It can add up to 11HP for only about $150 and installs in 30-45 minutes - really a must for every E36 owner. It also makes the car HOWL at high end but sounds normal at everyday driving. See my videos!

    -Adds 9-11 HP

    -Never replace filter again (K&N)

    -GREAT SOUND

  • Too bad the 2001's M52TU will never have the sound of the original OBD-I 1992-1995 that is great sound that was only produced by limited cars from the factory.Wonderful ride man!

  • Most E36 owners install a Signature Motoring performance intake kit for around 9HP gain. Cost is a mere $150 or so, best value per HP gain in the E36 line.

    Install time if only about 30-45 minutes in most applications. I have one in my 94 325i cabrio.

    Crazy nice sound. Most performance guys install a Signature Motoring performance intake kit for around 9HP gain in the E30.

    Install time is about 30 min, maybe 45 for two left hands. LOL

  • nickel

  • t'as raison rien ne vaut le stock exhaust

  • very true...the low end sound is better than screaming 6000rpm. Good job
