i have built this bike from the frame up. it isnt 100% done yet still a few more things i want to change on it. the ratio is 42 - 16.

27" or 600c in the back? I got a 27" on the back of mine, and it just barely clears frame and rear brake mount just like yours. Our bikes are similar in many ways.

700c in the back and yea it is really close it cant clear the dropuouts with air in the tube

Take off the brake. While you keep brake, you dont know what is ride a fixie. And be carefull!!!

I don't get why theres comments about drops being "gay". First off, gay is NOT a synonym for stupid. Secondly, your opinion isn't needed. Drops have advantages over bullhorns, and vice versa. It's up to the rider.
