1 Serving Oatmeal with some strawberries and blue berries..
1 Serving of chicken (ran out at that time)
Half serving of Olive oil and quarter cup coconut milk..
Really easy, not that hard at all to get up and make the meals.. You just have to want it bad enough and it will come.. My abs and overall definition so far is going great.. Lower abdominals coming in like crazy.. That 10 min of extra light cardio is working great (thanks to luimarco's 4 month killer body plan.. Search for it)..
