I flared even before like 100 feet. haha Definitely not too late. :) And I should pitch more than 10 degrees using TO/GA thrust in an almost empty plane :P But thanks :)

@atav ya if u want passangers vomiting and shit i guess... u should pitch 15 deg max on climout and flaring should be quick.. but i dunno guy u fly as u will
