Just buy a new bumper,cheaper to do than fix them.All you have to do is prep it,prime it,paint it and clear coat it.Finally install it.Most insurance companies put a new bumper on the estimate if covered by insurance

Go to junk yard, buy used bumper. Save time and money. Much greener.
