Here is a basic leg raise. Moving your lower body helps workout the lower part of your abdominals. And though I don't do it here, you can easily add an extra ummph to the workout by lifting your hips off the floor when your feet are at their highest point.

    you cannot do 115 leg raises in one set...

  • @kenjababes Do them whenever, but I'd guess 5 reps would be about right.

  • Every time I worked abs, I used to do 100 leg raises, now every Time i do them I increase the reps by five. So I'm at 115 every other day now.
