I became a little hypnotised by James Taylor's 1971 video of this song (see related videos box) and so I decided to make an arrangement of it for solo guitar.

I'm afraid my arrangement consists of just a few scribbles which would be incomprehensible. They are just a few marks which serve as a guide as to which direction I need to go. Maybe I'll sit down and write it out properly and if I do I'll let you know.

Hi Dragonbreath. I won't play that piece because I don't think that a guitar can give a satisfactory performance of it in the way that the instrument it was written for can. There are certain sustaining harmonic effects available to the pianist that just can't be replicated on the guitar.
